< Chives
We love it! Alain uses chives both to flavour his dishes and to give that finishing touch. His favourite recipe? A teaspoon sprinkled onto his scrambled eggs.
More about it! Marco Polo was the first, who after his journey to Asia, praised the culinary and medicinal virtues of chives in Europe.
In the Middle Ages, Chives were known as “appetite” referring to their appetising qualities. Chives were not known and cultivated in our gardens until after the XVI century.
Where can you find it? Our chives is available in 50g boxes in the best shops.
