Aniseed Basil
- June 2014
From Neapolitan region
Of Italian origin, Neapolitan to be precise, Aniseed Basil might actually come from Persia.
Strong yet elegant flavour
The strong taste of aniseed enhances the elegant fragrance of this basil.
The eucalyptus aroma and notes of fruits not quite ripe give this basil a unique complexity.
A subtle mix combined with red onion
The aniseed and herbal notes of the Aniseed Basil balance perfectly well the soft yet generous flavour of the red onion.
